beautiful beach fish snorkeling restaurant location lukewarm shower missing truck limited loungers

The beach was really beautiful and i saw lots of fishes while snorkeling. the restaurant location was amazing. It sat right on the beach. my superior villa partial sea view transfer to tonsai pier was very spacious and clean.

the shower in my room just didn't get very hot, even after maintenance looked at it. the receptionist didn't told me about i can ride in the truck up to my room.

poor service unhelpful staff

the beach bar felt detached from the hotel itself. the staff there seemed pretty disinterested in customer service. it also seemed like they weren't too keen on understanding english.. i ended up going to tonsai to book tours as the prices were better and the service was actually helpful.

Excellent Stay with Amazing Views!

organized transfers excellent food

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The transfers to and from the pier were very well organized. Our room service was great and we received fresh towels daily. The food in the evenings was excellent with customizable spice levels. I chose medium spice.

The hotel is nicely located away from the busy center. It is accessible via a 1.5km beach trail. Alternatively a quick taxi boat ride can also get you there for about 150 baht per person.

The breakfast included many options to suit different tastes. I visited a nearby restaurant, Nay Hying Restaurant, next to the hotel. It provided a relaxed setting. The restaurant also has nice staff and lovely food.

Our villa had a partial sea view. I thought the view was amazing. It was more like a full sea view. The air conditioning worked well. It kept the room cool during the hot days.

amazing view huge shower comfortable bed

The room had amazing views and a huge shower. The bed was REALLY comfortable. Snorkelling right off the beach was fabulous. I saw many fish and coral formations.
